Clean rooms and comfortable beds made my quick stay enjoyable. The full kitchen amenities like a refrigerator and microwave were a plus, even though the essentials cost extra. Be prepared for an odd check-in process, as no one was at the desk when I arrived. A decent option for basic needs!

The kids loved having a full kitchen with a fridge and microwave, which made it easy to whip up snacks after our day at the Birmingham Zoo. The place was clean and felt safe, perfect for our large family crew of 7 kids!

I stayed for 1 night in a Standard Double Room, Non-Smoking. The mattress was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The refrigerator and microwave made it easy to prepare snacks. It was clean and safe, perfect for my needs. 😊

I got to the hotel around 8pm, and no one was at the front desk, just a sign saying someone would be back shortly. After about ten minutes, I found out I needed to call a phone for help, which was frustrating. The next morning at checkout around 8:30am, the front desk was again closed, this time with a wooden shutter down and instructions to call on a cell phone. Fortunately, a maintenance person came in and took my room cards to help check me out. I didn’t get a printed receipt, which was concerning. On a positive note, the room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with a full refrigerator and a microwave. The linoleum floor was good, but the AC was noisy, even though it worked well. I spent one night, and though it had its issues, the cleanliness stood out. The mattress was comfortable, but the lack of utensils in the kitchen added to the basic feel. I appreciate the staff's professionalism, especially in handling the check-in hassle with a tech issue that delayed others too.
